Affective or Neutral?

I find this comparison of affective and neutral cultures very interesting because Im affective.
I dont show the pain, a little bit the anger, and when I am happy everybody is aware.
I am going to work with Chinese people and now I know that I will have to calm down when good things happen!
I will always better understand why they wont express their joy too much, or anger.
Nevertheess I will try to explain to them that for French people its not incorect to show ones feelings openly. Its better for a manager to know how people feel in the team!
