Hi Everybody!

This is my very first post. I decided to create this blog because Im about to take up my new post in 2 months in Shanghai!! I will have to manage The super cool Chinese "I'm pigeon-toed" Team!
I cant wait to learn more about the Chinese Culture and opportunies that China represents.
Nevertheless I am aware of the hard work coming ahead.
Throughout this blog I'll share with you the tools in my possesion which seem essential in the accomplishement of this wonderful project. I mean I have to take on a cultural Challenge.
